Experience
Megan joined the team at Tate Legal Counsel, P.C. in 2019 as a Legal Administrative Assistant. Her hard work and dedication soon became an invaluable asset for the firm, and she now serves as our Senior Paralegal. She works primarily in the areas of corporate and securities law, where she manages formation of corporate entities, SEC compliance, and related corporate matters.
Alongside her role as Senior Paralegal, Megan is in charge of client onboarding, billing and invoicing, and a variety of back-office duties. Megan believes that it doesn’t matter what hat you’re wearing — you roll up your sleeves, extend a hand to whoever might need it and jump into the trenches with the team.
