Lauren Valente

Lauren represents public and private companies, small businesses and entrepreneurs throughout all phases of their development, including formation and structuring, equity arrangements, corporate governance, intellectual property, insurance and employment matters. She is also experienced in mergers and acquisition, sales, and partnerships. Lauren also has extensive experience in real estate and municipal/zoning matters.

Lauren represents clients engaged in a variety of industries, including technology, financial services and real estate. She is admitted to practice law in New York, California and Texas.

Lauren served as general counsel to a global tech-based recruiting company. She also gained significant experience as part of Cullen & Dykman’s Banking and Financial Services Practice, specializing in Commercial Real Estate Finance.
